The ACE USA International Advantage® Package Policy is the ideal insurance solution for U.S.-based companies doing business overseas. This single, easy-to-read property & liability policy can be tailored to include some or all of the coverages listed below, and protects against the many financial and personal risks confronting organizations with operations outside our nation's borders.

Latest Enhancements: Advantage Package includes primary voluntary comp with the Employers Responsibility coverage, $50,000 of automatic Kidnap and Extortion coverage and $25,000 of automatic AD&D coverage for employees. These automatic coverages are available at no additional charge. Other K&E and AD&D limits & coverages are available as options.

Commercial General Liability

    • Domestic GL policies cover lawsuits brought within U.S. borders only.
    • U.S. companies operating overseas have no safety net if taken to court.

Commercial Auto Liability

    • In most foreign countries, admitted auto insurance often fails to provide U.S.-style coverage or limits.
    • To bring liability protection up to U.S. standards, companies who own, hire, or maintain cars overseas often purchase a difference-in-conditions policy.

    • Commercial auto liability is optional coverage available as part of the ACE USA International Advantage® Package policy.
    • Covers accidents worldwide where permitted by law; excludes accidents occurring in U.S.; claims/suits may be brought anywhere.
    • Applies to any auto of insured, including owned, hired and non-owned vehicles.
    • Makes up for sub-standard coverage in any foreign auto insurance.
    • Coverage is pay-on-behalf-of where permitted by law; otherwise on indemnification basis.
    • Also provides hired auto physical damage coverage – limits of $1,000 per accident and $10,000 per policy

International AD&D and Medical – Employee

    • Employers must protect employees traveling or stationed overseas against financial loss from injury and illness occupational or otherwise.
    • Domestic and foreign voluntary workers' compensation plans often leave employees with less than adequate coverage.
    • Advantage Package now includes $25,000 of automatic AD&D coverage at no additional charge. Other AD&D limits & Medical or Family coverage are available as options.
